On Sunday 27th April sixty nine tractors of all ages, makes & models took part in the first ever Hurworth Hunt tractor run, raising £1,200 for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

The run started from Stank Farm, Kirby Sigston and took part over 42 miles taking in Northallerton High Street, Bullamoor, West Harsley, East Rounton, Swainby, Osmotherley, Nether Silton, Knayton, and Borrowby before heading back to the starting point.

The team at Roots Farm Shop, East Rounton who made us very welcome for our first refreshment stop and to the Gold Cup at Nether Silton who provided a good lunch.

Thank you to Liam Goldthorpe and Jo Almond for organising the day so well and to everyone who come along on the day driving tractors, marshalling road crossings, selling raffle tickets & generally helping out.  We're also very grateful to the companies who've sponsored this great fundraising event.
